When I try to connect the Presentation Master via Bluetooth to my laptop, my laptop finds a random phone LKWC-S4000, and then it finds the Presentation Master, but calls it "Input Device", and not by the names BTM420 or MKIXXX (as described in the Getting Started Guide). I then try to add the "Input Device", but I get an error that states: "Adding the device failed resulting in an unknown error. The reported error code is 0x80070015."

I replaced the batteries, so the laser light works and when I depress button 1, the light does flash.

What can I do to resolve this issue?
